Muhamarra, Version 2 (and even better)

I posted a recipe for Muhamarra here a few months ago. Delicious Muhamarra. This one is even better. Way better. Lick your fingers better. If you make it, please let me know what you think.

100 grams (a little more than 1/2 cup) almonds
100 grams (a little more than 1/2 cup) walnuts
50 grams (a scant 1/4 cup) pistachios
2 cloves garlic
8 ounces (a heaping cup) roasted red pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon harissa
1/4 cup feta cheese
If you use salted nuts, don't add any, but if you use unsalted nuts, add 1 teaspoon salt.

In a food processor, pulse the nuts and garlic until they are in pieces about the size of a small peppercorn. Add the red pepper, olive oil, feta, and harissa and pulse until there are no visible pieces of red pepper and the mixture is thick and cohesive. Add salt to taste.

Serve with olives, bread, cucumber and carrot spears, and anything else that suits your fancy. It's wonderful on roast chicken and grilled fish.
