Tikka Masala – Indian-inspired Spice Blend

Tikka Masala isn't Indian; it's a colonial invention. Ours uses beautiful spices such as coriander, cumin, garlic, ground pomegranate seeds, powdered green mango, cinnamon, clove, fenugreek leaf, and much more. This delicious spice blend is traditionally used in Chicken Tikka Masala, but can also be used in vegetarian preparations. After you marinate chunks of chicken or tofu in these spices, you cook the protein and then, in a few other small, easy steps, have a wonderful dish of protein and vegetables in a delicious dish that can be served with a few simple side dishes for an elegant complete meal.
