Holiday Brine for 12-15 lb bird


This brine contains salt, dark brown sugar, black pepper, allspice, juniper berries, sage, thyme, cloves, and bay leaf. All ingredients are organic.

We've all had a dry turkey and it's a sad thing. Our brine will prevent that tragic event from occurring again. The brine draws moisture and the flavor of the spices and herbs into the turkey. Take one bag of our brine for a smaller turkey and two for a large one.

Add the brine and spices to a half gallon of warm water and stir til the salt and sugar dissolve. Then find a large container, place the turkey and brine in a waterproof bag, and place the bag in a cooler, surrounded by ice.

Brine the turkey 6-24 hours before cooking.
