Hibiscus Sugar
This beautiful violet pink sugar contains no dyes; instead, the brilliant color comes from the freshly ground organic hibiscus flowers that I mix with organic, unbleached sugar. The tartness of the ground hibiscus flowers contrasts the sweetness of the sugar.
