Sel de Guerande (Grey) Salt
Tamise grey salt from Guerande, France is slightly moist and delightfully minerally. The grains are small and roundish, not flakey like the Murray River nor in little rocks of salt like the Bolivian or Himalayan. Try it on fish or in soup. Alternatively, sprinkle a few grains on the top of cookies before you bake them or on top of homemade caramels.
