Urfa Biber Turkish Chile
We love the depth and richness of this deep red, almost black chile. It’s sweet, smokey, and slightly hot with flavors of tobacco, leather and brown sugar. We use Urfa Biber in scrambled eggs, on meat (particularly lamb, but also chicken, or just about anything else), in anything chocolate. Oh, and on roasted vegetables, in queso dip, or to balance out a red sauce. In short, we recommend this pepper highly.
