Vata Tisane - Dosha balancing - loose
In Ayurveda, one's dosha, or constitution, can often be brought into greater balance if one eats and drinks the right foods. According to Ayurveda, out of balance Vata can lead to a person feeling spacey or edgy, out of it, or disconnected.
This tisane can help to ground and calm you. This tea contains rooibos, coriander, ginger, fennel, orange peel, tulsi (holy basil), and cinnamon. It can help calm agitated nerves and upset stomachs.
