This warm, richly scented blend contains two kinds of cinnamon (Vietnamese & Sri Lankan), mace, nutmeg, fennel, white pepper, and more. It makes beautiful tea cookies, warm apple cakes, and a heck of a mulled cider. We make this blend with organic and fairly traded spices.
